after review, the targeting penalty is waved off. (Good review. It was not targeting.)

Why Washington didn't fair catch, which he does more than I would like, is beyond me.

Parker Washington is an idiot. He knows his team is rushing the punter and thus won't have blocking so he decides to field the punt without a fair catch

I have no issues with it. Like a basketball coach getting a T. Maybe fires up the team, buys us a call later. We were up 21-0 at the time. I love that he finally showed some emotion!
