No problem, and I enjoyed it too.

I’m not sure how yall felt about it, but the one tweak I might make for future pools is to not make the penalty for missing the cut quite as severe. With the way it was set up this time, any team that didn’t have at least 4 guys make it to the weekend was completely toast. We’ll see, but it was fun regardless
Agreed.

I wasn't crazy about the automatic 80, but I do like playing these pools, so I am down for whatever.....One thing I remember from your old pools we did were our Tier picks were by world rankings not by Vegas odds to win....I kinda like the picking odds better....I noticed the day before picks were due, that Koepka went from Tier 6 to Tier 1....not sure what happened to make for Vegas to move him up....how did we handle it in the past when folks didnt have enough make the cut? I can't remember.
Yep, you’re correct about WGR being used in the past, and there’s an option to still use them, but it’s all jacked up now with LIV events not being counted towards the points, so I think that Vegas odds are our best bet for now.

For players that missed the cut, I think I had it set up so that they just didn’t count towards your final score. 9 times out of 10, that will be fine, and your penalty for a cut golfer would just be that you have less golfers to help your team on Sat/Sun. However, for majors especially, there is that off chance that a team could actually benefit from having less golfers while everyone else is shooting over par, and that’s what they’re trying to avoid.

For next time, I’m thinking maybe give an automatic 76 to them instead of an 80 or something like that. In other words, a penalty for not getting 4 guys to the weekend, but not one so severe that it ends your entire tournament

But isn’t the point of not making the cut that it ruins your whole tournament? Maybe pick 7 and drop 3?
