Randall Carlson’s credentials are sketch at best. He often attaches himself to other disciplines and sciences with normal sounding, but unproven theories. I’m not saying he’s a whacko, but his eyewitness accounts of this plasma tech need to be taken with a grain of salt. Now, regarding this plasma technology…let the major science universities and labs try to replicate the findings. It’s the best way to verify claims.
