OT: Things to do and places to eat in Hilton Head

My wife and I are going down to Hilton Head this weekend for our 5 year wedding anniversary. We've never been to Hilton Head before. I've been told the Boathouse at Skull Creek is good and Mangiamos for Pizza is good. We plan on going to Savannah for the day while we are down for the week. Does anyone have any good recommendations for other food places or things to do??? My wife is also pregnant so that limits a few things we can do. Any recommendations are greatly appreciated!

Skull creek is great. If you’re staying in or near Sea Pines, there’s a lot of great food options. All the stuff in Harbor Town is good.

Hudson's best oysters. For good,greasy, fried seafood Sea Shack. Giuseppe Pizza. Big Mama BBQ. Hilton Head Diner for breakfast and Central Church for Wednesday night supper.

Must eat at HHI's favorite local restaurant, Jersey Mike's! The best krab subs on the island. An additional plus -- it's the monthly meeting spot for IPTAY meetings.

Kenny B's has great New Orleans style food and a great Sunday brunch. Sea Shack is good fried seafood. For a nice restaurant experience in a lesser known place Sunset Grille is really good. Fishcamp on Broad Creek is very good too.
