There may well be other civilizations in the universe, but Elizondo is a head case or maybe a fraudster. According to the Pentagon, he has overstated his experience and position within the DoD, so I lean to the latter explanation. When challenged, he hides behind security clearances or claims of “rivals” seeking to discredit him.
The interviewer is also a fraud.

Of course I can't prove you're wrong, but I see this differently. What about Harry Reid (former US Senator), Chris Mellon (former Deputy Assistant Sec of Defense) and Steve Justice (former head of Lockheed Skunkworks) backing up Elizondo's claims? What would be the impetus, then, for him trying to bring this topic to light?

The government (Pentagon) wouldn't want to silence him or discredit him for releasing information they've allegedly been sitting on for years?

How exactly is Jaimungal a "fraud"? He's done lots of interviews about physics and consciousness topics and admitted he's still not sure what to believe on this particular topic.

August paper suggests formation of intelligent live in the universe is considerably less likely than previously theorized......

Another good video by Anton. Cool discovery/theory, makes sense. Drilling deeper, it implies the length of day (hours of sunlight) may be key to the oxidation level. Although this might not say anything about odds of intelligent life... other life forms might be less reliant on O2 for survival (?).

Interesting development

Jesus Titty ******* Christ, no wonder the government is so absurdly bloated and wasteful.

New show on Travel Channel that appears to lean on evidence (vs. wild speculation or conspiracy theories)

Another fantastic documentary:
https://www.sho.com/ufo

Spoiler alert: a Penn Stater has a prominent role in the fourth installment.

Yep, that was a good one. Kevin Day, David Fravor, Ryan Graves, and others from the Nimitz incident add big credibility.

Did you see the Unidentified series on History Channel? These two, The Phenomenon by James Fox, and Ross Coulthart's documentary (on 7News Australia) were among the very best I've seen on this topic.

Yes, and it was (IMHO) the definitive template for how this material should be presented.

Have been avoiding the Coulthart documentary because the book is on my Xmas list.🤞

I read it - it was great! (I downloaded form Amazon) He was on a Somewhere in the Skies podcast (Ryan Sprague) recently, talked about his book and the documentary.

Legal update from December:

Scientific Coalition for UAP Studies Applauds new UAP Law in the 2022 National Defense Authorization Act as "Historic," Urges Government Collaboration with Civilian Experts

https://www.prnewswire.com/news-rel...boration-with-civilian-experts-301446456.html
This is potentially huge:
"The legislation requires the Pentagon UAP office to issue annual unclassified reports on ten categories of UAP information, including incidents in which UAP encounters may have had health effects on humans, and UAP incidents involving nuclear weapons and nuclear-power-generating facilities. Other provisions require detailed and frequent classified briefings to key congressional committees.:

Looking forward to seeing the annual reports. I really like the credibility that Hoffman and his organization bring to this topic. It's going to be hard for the masses to blow them off as wackos.

@Zenophile See the latest (3rd) Jaimungal interview with Elizondo and Cahill?

It's nearly 3 hrs. I won't share my thoughts of it here if you haven't watched it yet.

I did. It was very much a Tale of 2 Interviews.

I found this one to be more informative.
Thanks for that link. Indeed, a much more informative one. The Jamimungal interview with Cahill and Elizondo turned into a complaint session about the ufology community, and showed their frustration (which would be understandable).

Garry Nolan has a lot of good stuff, wish they could have discussed some more of his work on the topic.

Lots of hints here about Lue's book, the 23-min compelling video, and new movie coming out about the 1994 Ariel school incident, etc.

I didn't watch the Bobby Ray Inman video yet but read the YouTube comments which suggested he provided no info and made it evident he would take any relevant info on this topic that he has to the grave.

If you can get past the initial technical gliches and some of the “rah rah!” stuff, this is a pretty informative conversation — especially as it relates to Team Elizondo’s apparent legal strategy.

I'm about 35 min into it so far. Love the angle of approach, pulling in Sheehan. His claim of what we saw in 1977 was fascinating, and that Elizondo claims only 5% of the activity has come to the public. I didn't get to a point (if it's there) where they discussed specifics of the legal strategy. Looking forward to listening to the rest of it tonight.

Word on the street is this conversation is worth a listen. The interview begins at the 13:30 mark.

Word on what “street”? Sucker Street?
This has got to be the dumbest conspiracy theory ever.

It’s pretty clear that LMH has been told some highly fantastical stories. Listening to LE politely evade the more imaginative components of her (*lengthy*) questions is fairly entertaining.

It was indeed interesting, more for what she tells Elizondo she was told than anything Elizondo says.

@Zenophile Interesting documentary coming out in a couple weeks called A Tear in the Sky. Looks similar to the Galileo Project. Knuth and Kaku are both in it.

Good lookin’ out.

FYI it’s not the latest, but the below interview is the most straightforward presentation of UAP data I’ve seen to date.

Speaking of The Phenomenon, I heard James Fox is working on another documentary, this one about the 1996 Varginha Incident in Brazil. Supposedly targeting to have it out by end of this year.

Here we go again with the tin foil hats.
Sigh. OK I'll play.

Just curious if you know what these things are that are reported by Navy and Air Force pilots, which are backed up by sensor data (radar, IR, etc.) going hypersonic speeds, instantaneous acceleration, trans-medium (air+space+undersea), lack of flight control surfaces, etc.

I sure don't know what it is. Seems like experts in the fields of physics don't know either, but have ruled out the mundane explanations (weather balloons, birds, atmospheric phenomenon, etc.) for quite a few "unique" cases. Check out the Galileo Project and the scientists involved in trying to study these things. Think Fravor and Dietrich totally made up the sightings they had? What about Kevin Day, Ryan Graves, and Sean Cahill?

Mick West? Great that he can debunk the obvious stuff. But you think Congress would waste time discussing these things if they believed everything unexplainable was actually just a weather balloon or equipment malfunction? Harry Reid got $22M in funding to start AATIP why? Why did Congress approve the formation of a UAP task force last year? Maybe they've seen some data and have heard from some experts and military witnesses that show things not so easily dismissed?

Forget the ufology, little green men, etc. folklore and Hollywood representations. Look what some of the names I mentioned above are describing. Read the June 25 2021 report from the ODNI. Lots of people love to dismiss this as fantasy, easily explained, etc. till they actually get into the details.

When it comes to Congress, they'll do anything to spend more money.
