Thought I'd start something to track and discuss Nittany Lions competing to get into the Olympics. I didn't include folks on the NLWC who didn't attend Penn State. Feel free to add and update as I don't know all that are competing.

Men's 200m - Cheickna Traore (Ivory Coast)
Field Hockey - Jenny Rizzo, Sophia Gladieux
Women's Volleyball - Haleigh Washington
Men's Volleyball - Matt Anderson, Max Holt, Aaron Russell
Women's Soccer - Sam Coffey, Alyssa Naeher

Competing at US Olympic Track Trials:
Men's Hammer Throw - Tyler Merkley, Morgan Shigo
Men's 800m track - Darius Smallwood, Isaiah Harris, Brandon Kidder
Women's Shot Put - Rachel Fatherly

Looks like Brandon Kidder was eliminated in the Men's 1500 today.
Appears Rachel Gearing qualified to advance to semis in women's 800.
Samaria McDonald finished 12th with 13 advancing to the finals. Tough break.
