I'll be curious to see who @Woodpecker determines had the most courageous pick in Week 12. Did anybody pick Air Force over Oregon State? (The line was pretty high for Oregon St., and 92% of the contestants in all of Pick'Em (not just BWI's Pick'Em), picked Oregon State, yet Air Force won the game 28-0.
With 2 weeks left in the competition, ncwref has a 3-point lead in the season long competition. In the many years this competition has been run, I don't recall many contestants having such a lead at this stage in the season. The last week of the season is usually a smaller slate, so that causes some shuffling of the standings. @wolfee55and @nittanymoops have the highest scores that have been dropped, so they could move up somewhat. @Franklin Fan Boy also has a high dropped score. Interestingly, ncwref and @rem524 have the same dropped scores, so nothing would change from a small slate for 1st & 2nd place. As such, this week (Week 13) will likely (no guarantees) determine the season-long winner.
The Week 13 slate has been posted. It's 34 games, which is the largest slate in quite a few weeks. It includes two Friday night games. As such, picks for the earlier Friday night game, and the 2nd tiebreaker, must be entered by 7:55 pm EST on Friday. As always, best of luck to all that play!
