Man, looks to me like Bartlett is so close, but just needs one more finish in some of these matches. Heck of an effort.
Nice takedown by Sasso. Hid that right ankle that last time. Smart. Beau went toe-to-toe with top guy.

Love BB but he wrestles defense against every decent kid. Too scared to get stuck underneath…..If I’m coaching him I’m going to get him shooting and finish QUICK….That’s the key with him. Set ups and finish Quick.
I think that’s great as long as he doesn’t grab the ref by the arm first and then place his forehead against the his. I’m good with that.
My take is that Beau just feels more comfortable countering instead of creating offense. He almost countered Sasso for 2, but at some point, he's gonna have to actually get a takedown against a top guy.

Sonny he’s just too small. Love all our guys but Beard is a lot bigger and better on his feet. Hopefully Max hits the weights really hard the next 30 days to get bigger and stronger….
I thought it was quick as well, but hey, to your point, it was coming either way.
