I don't believe it is, but it's the legal language being worked out is what it sounds like. Does it really matter anymore with assistant coaches?

Thamel initially said it's a multi-year deal then issued a correction saying it's a one year deal. He's typically pretty accurate. I am curious why though, a one year deal isn't going to help with recruiting.
