i've been pleased with how chelsea has started. they've a bit of a reputation for playing some awfully crappy, negative football away (and at home, for that matter), but they've started by looking for an away goal. better start than liverpool, i'd have to say.

ugly goal, but they'll take it. chelsea caught sleeping after a free kick, mackelele (i think) completely misses an awful shot, kuyt slots it home.

i'm afraid that might encourage chelsea to retreat, instead of attack. not much quality in this match.
