If I am a good team looking for players in the portal, will I be interested in a player who bails on his team when they are in the playoffs? How do I know he won’t do that to my team if we make the playoffs?

They are bailing on their team at some point and you can guarantee these programs don’t have the same mindset just win at all cost we have entered the gun for hire era
Means absolutely nothing and coaches need players and that’s their job..Maybe a few established programs have the luxury of judging character or at the most culture and is he decent enough
