It appears unless you go to the CLA, you will be listening to Brad Muller

But it's noted above that it will be ESPN+
With no link, not listed on SEC, USC or ESPN websites as being televised. My only guess is SEC+ is televising USC baseball that day and the university does not have enough cameras+lag time to do both

No. Not on ESPN+. It's on SECN+. Available for viewing on your PC, smartphone, tablet, smart TV, and not-so-smart TV with a streaming device (e.g. Roku, Amazon Firestick, etc.) attached.

What confuses many is that like the ACC and LHN (Longhorn Network), the SEC "outsources" the streaming/televising of contests to ESPN. And you have to look under the ESPN app on your device for the link. Or visit espn.com and follow the links.

ESPN+ is a separate, premium service from ESPN.

Baseball season begins on Friday.

Which I have.
While ESPN+ gives one access to many sporting events in many different leagues (NHL comes to mind). our game with Florida is on SECN+. Kind of close, but not the same thing.

Go to ESPN - click on Watch tab - If you have Spectrum it's included if you have sports package. On TV or other devices.

Yes. ESPN provides distribution for SECN, ACCN, and LHN. Hence, when streaming (which was necessary to watch the USC-UF game since it was carried on SECN+) you go through ESPN to get to all things SECN.

Not the same, but often useful.

Correct. I just hope that nobody paid the premium for ESPN+ only to find the USC game on SECN+, which was already part of their subscription with their carrier.

FWIW, ESPN+ is the best value of all the streaming services. Yesterday I was watching Tiger, Roy, and Justin on one TV and the hoops game on my phone. I Don’t think there has been a game this year that I was unable to watch. You also get just about every baseball game.

The ESPN+ on-demand guide shows lots of interesting sports-related documentaries too. I just don't have it in the budget.

The most challenging games to watch from an accessibility standpoint are road games vs non-SEC competition depending on who has television rights to those contests. Neutral-site games such as those at the "Battle 4 Atlantis" can be the most daunting to watch.

Most of our games in WBB this season were/will be on SECN(+) / ESPN/2. Remember, TV rights follow the home team:

@ Clemron ACC Network
@Stanford ABC OTA
@ Cal Poly ESPN+ (I guess all Big West games are covered through ESPN+)
@Connecticut Fox OTA (Fox apparently has some TV rights for Big East sports).

We are sufficiently high profile that ESPN has picked up many games which otherwise would be on SECN(+) or perhaps ESPN+ (I'm thinking the game @ SD State).

Dear posters, for the last time the game was on SECN+ which you can watch on the ESPN app. The game also showed as being on ESPN plus which you have to pay for. If you have the SEC network on your home cable/whatever TV provider, you can watch any SEC plus game for free on the ESPN app. So if you’re looking at the schedule that says ESPN plus for one of our games, look closer to see if it’s on SEC network plus and if so it’s free. This is the case 99.99% of the time.

I was doing a little league stuff and simply watched last nights game when I got home on demand on the SECN+ in the ESPN app.

Good point, TN. An example:

How about someone who lives in metro Philadelphia and subscribes to Comcast. Since they live outside of the SEC's footprint, they would have to pay extra for SECN. Without SECN access, their option to view our games on SECN(+) is ESPN+.

The only WBB game this season available only via ESPN+ in the SEC footprint was the game at Cal Poly.

ESPN is the delivery mechanism for the SECN, ACCN, and LHN. This is why you have to go through ESPN to access such contests which are streamed.

Finally, dear posters - if you are unsure which entity is televising/streaming the contest, go to USC's official web page (www.uscsports.com or www.gamecocksonline.com) and check the schedule for the sport/contest you are interested in watching. Don't take anybody's word for it (including mine) unless the poster provides a legitimate link.

Thanks for the clarity which dispels obfuscation.

According to some of our posters earlier this week, WBB needs to be disbanded because it loses money and it is boring because we win all our games. Is it a coincidence that they were not on TV last night? I think not!
