Tuesday (12/27) was the birthday of Mick Jones. He was one of the co-founders of Foreigner, and the last remaining original member of the group. He co-wrote most of the band's songs with lead singer Lou Gramm, but is credited with writing their most successful song (see below). To celebrate:

Great album. Have you seen Moonage Daydream doc yet? Terrific

This was an album I hadn't heard growing up, so I saved it until I found a nice vinyl copy. Now it's still fresh for me unlike most classic rock. It's a classic.

That documentary is definitely on my list. Ever since Bowie destroyed Hershey Park back in the day I have recognized him as a true master.
