Who do you want to see Anthony Dixon play for in the NFL?

and what round do you think he will go?

I wouldn't be surprised if Croom tries to pick him up in the 2nd round with St. Louis but I would like to see him in Sean Payton's system with the Saints picked up late second round.

Barber runs hard every play, and he's gonna be used up by next season. He's already lost a step, and he can tutor Dixon for a year. I see Dixon being that hard-nosed up the middle, run hard every play type of back that'll complement Felix Jones and Tashard Choice.

With the Sixpack's luck, he'll be drafted by Seattle.

Dixon will be a solid pick up as a 3rd down back...I think he would fit in well with the Colts, they need a running back. Addia is crap.

Marion Barber's losing a step or two. His hard-core running style is wearing him down. I could see Dixon taking over for Barber by the end of the season, or extending Barber's career by taking up some of the load.

If Shanahan is the next man in DC you have to believe that he will take a RB based on his track record in Denver with RB's and the situation with Portis in DC. I think the fans in Washington would love AD. I hope Balis can keep him motivated because he has a lot of zero's riding on the combine.

Dixon a 3rd down back? He's a good receiver for a back but a 3rd down back is usually your speedster that you have in to bust open a screen or a draw. AD will be a good 2nd back for someone which is great because that is what the NFL has become. Outside of Chris Johnson and Steven Jackson, maybe Thomas Jones, there aren't too many teams that feature just one back any longer.

will be his big differential advantage vs. faster backs. Get him in open space. I hope he is working on speed for combine and takes test better than Pig.

The bengals third down back B. Leonard is not a speed guy...he is more of a power style they run the **** out of the draw with him out of the shotgun. The bengals are a sraight running teamn now which killed me cuz I had Palmer and Ocho Cinco on my fantasy team.

They will be taking a bruiser RB, whether it be Dixon, Dwyer, Gerhart, Tate...etc.

I am hoping it is Dixon.

let's see...he'd be the man in

Seattle
Detroit

Several other places he could do well too....now that someone mentioned indy, he'd really be a perfect fit there. They need a better back than Addai and he also has very good hands for catching balls from Manning.

For some reason, I feel like he goes to Seattle.

The Saints tried to trade up into the late 1st last year and grab Bennie Wells. Bell has done pretty good this year as the "Big" back but I think SP and Loomis still want to upgrade.

I could see Dixon running a 4.7+ at the combine and falling to the last pick in the 3rd round where the Saints grab him.

Chris Johnson needs a complement and Lendale White is not the answer. The only problem is that the Titans also badly need a Corner, DE, and LB while still being very thin at WR and QB. Therefore, I don't see Dixon being on the board when they need him.

....kinda like they assume we are all Viking fans and Giant fans because of Manning and Favre.

I would rather have AD than any back in the draft except for maybe Spiller. A strong Senior Bowl will inprove his stock dramatically with all the NFL coaches being there. I say late 1st Round, Early Second round is possible. With all that said, I would like to see Boobie in the Powder Blues.

he is addai's successor. they could probably use another RB also, and maybe would take dixon at the end of round 2.

.. Carolina is an old school running team that could utilize Dixon's talents to the max.

Plus Carolina doesn't run the spread offense, which means it's unlikely Dixon will be benched halfway through the season.

Not holding my breath, though. The rookie McCoy has had a great year. The only way I could see the Eagles drafting a RB with one of its top picks is if they're worried Westbrook is about done for due to the concussions.

The Chargers run-blocking is terrible. They had injuries all over an already average O-Line. Rivers just throws it up to his 3 monster targets when he gets in trouble.

That said, I am not sure if LT is going to back, but I think the Chargers take a RB regardless.

...plus the question was about which team would be the best fit for Dixon, & I answered that question.

I see you are available to fill in for jackoff when needed.

Obviously, as a Saints fan, I would want to see AD in NOLA.

I think another good fit could possibly be Chicago. They will have a new offense. They have one pretty good back, but I think AD could challenge for playing time immediately. Of course, this all depends on who they bring in a their new head coach and O coordinator.

The only problem is that, due to the Cutler trade, no 1st round pick, and due to the retarded Gaines Adams deal, they have no 2nd round pick. So I guess it would depend on if they would be willing to use their first pick of the draft (3rd rd) on a running back.

I love the cowboys but they're stacked at RB and will be for a while. Barber's still got a few years left in him. Sure, I'd love to see him be #1 back in dallas, but he's not gonna get drafted there.

...First, you need to stop being a ***** your own damn self & rid this board of all these MSU-bashing rebel bastards.

It's amazing you are so gullible, you constantly fall for their con.

Second, I guess you are talking about this:

http://espn.go.com/ncf/recap?gameId=292970344

He [Mullen] called for a fake punt on fourth and 2 from the Bulldogs 27 and watched Robert Elliott take the pitch from the punter on the reverse and appear to run for daylight. But Elliott stumbled as he tried to make a cut.

I know it's your heartfelt conviction Croom would have pulled something this freakin' idiotic, but the truth of the matter is, he never would have.

you said:
because you & the board monitors will not allow it. That thread would get locked real quick.
It was allowed. hell, it was started by me. And you are right, Croom would have never made that call because he would have never been tied with Florida in the 4th quarter.

banning also means you can't win so you're taking your ball and going home. kind of like when they ban state posters that go to nafoom and talk trash. don't stoop to their level.

Also, I like seeing them come over here and getting wrecked. Doesn't always happen though, as usually they destroy you and keep you off the board for 3-6 months. They are also welcome to post here for that reason in my opinion too.

Is there a way to make money off MSU posters on the pack that Im not aware of?

Is OP4 running scams offering message board privileges for certain amounts, and then backing out of the deal? Are Ole Piss fans sending you emails asking you for your bank account number and routing number so they funnel money for Dickie Scruggs from his offshore accounts, and will gladly cut you in on the loot?

DS, how much have you lost to message board posters like OP4? Thousands? Millions? Did Brutius fall for their con and lose everything?

the titans have much bigger needs on defense than a 2nd running back. offense is doing just fine to play fisher ball.

The titans need to replace

Chris Hope
Nick Harper
Keith Bullock
and draft at least 2 defensive tackles.
