Jaeden Mustaf, a class of 2024 guard for Overtime Elite, is close to announcing his collegiate decision. The nation’s No. 40 prospects will share his commitment Sept. 14, per On3’s Joe Tipton.

In addition to setting his decision date, Mustaf also dropped a top schools list that included NC State, Maryland, Georgia Tech, Florida State, Indiana and Arkansas. The 6-5 combo guard has visited each of his finalists except for the Terrapins and Razorbacks. He has a Maryland visit scheduled for Sept. 1.

Mustaf spent an official with the Wolfpack in June and also took an unofficial trip to Raleigh in April. Since that second trip to Raleigh, he has stopped by Indiana and Georgia Tech. Earlier this year, he explained his interest in the Wolfpack.

“Another school I have great relationships with,” Mustaf told Tipton. “I love their play style and I think they would really help me reach my full potential.”

He also shared in a previous interview what will make a school the right fit for him.

“I’m looking for a family-oriented program,” Mustaf said. “A place where I am able just to be myself. I want to go somewhere I can be coached hard, improve my game, and win all at the same time.”

The On3 Industry Ranking considers Mustaf the No. 3 combo guard in the country and the No. 6 recruit in Georgia’s 2024 class. NC State leads his Recruiting Prediction Machine (RPM) at 23.3 percent.
