Just hoping for a healthy weekend for all involved. So close to their dreams of playing in a WC.

Final: Manchester City 1, Brentford 2

The Bees get the game-winner in stoppage time.

Arsenal two points clear of City.

final, 1-0, Newcastle over Chelsea.

7 minutes of stoppage time, and tempers were rising during the stoppage time, and after the final whistle. Chelsea tried to get the equalizer win stoppage time, but despite throwing numbers at Newcastle, their season-long frustrations continued.

Newcastle appears to be legit this season.

I read this somewhere: Arsenal has four players on World Cup rosters, Manchester City has “11 or 12.” Also, the schedule for the first four or so PL matches after the WC break is much easier for Arsenal than for MC. I’ll look for the story. Arsenal is five points clear of MC.

How about Garnacho. What a future this kid has. After the first 2 games this year for Man U to be 3 points back with a game in hand for the top 4, I’m thrilled.

Don't do it Aresnal, he cannot play at that level anymore. He misses sitters consistently now and has zero work rate unless it's running towards the goal. You will disrupt that locker room like nobody ever has.

Lol, as if Arsenal would listen to Piers Morgan. What a maroon.

The last thing Mikel wants is that headache with how Jesus and company have been playing. It's like inviting cancer into your club. Ronaldo doesn't realize he isn't the same player he was. He should go back to Portugal and do a ride off year there....,but his ego won't allow that. He thinks he's going to get picked up by a top club, start, and be the man. It's just not reality though. Sad his ego cannot admit it so he trashes everything else. The Glazers are fair game, but he's still under contract technically and did this to ensure they cannot keep him in January. Nobody wanted him in August....not sure why he thinks big clubs will be lining up for him now.

But this was about Champions League football.....LOL. At least he knows or finally has realized no big clubs are paying him 500k to sell some jerseys and not really put in a full shift when he is on the pitch. The only good news is with that money he will help a lot of people as the man is pretty charitable. Best of luck to him, but the way he went about this year for MU has been pretty sh!tty.

Spurs tie Brentford 2-2 after being down 2-0. Ref was shite obvious foul on Kane and Hjoberg in box no fouls called should have been two penalty shots.

Wolves win at 90+5’. Everton is teetering on the edge of the relegation zone. January will be interesting for clubs like them, LC and others not used to annual relegation battles.

Newcastle on the other hand is sitting in 2nd place, although Man City and Arsenal both have two games in hand.

Ridiculous non call, you can’t tackle a player around the waist in the zone going for a pass. Anywhere else on the pitch and that is awarded a free kick.

It’s not like Kane would have made the penalty kick anyway. o_O
