Didi or Herrera need not play any longer. Ship them out. Schwarber has to find his groove again, Castellanos needs to be more consistent, Hoskins needs to find it too but this team is a little schizo as usually 1-2 guys hit and the rest tank. Bohm appears to be hitting again. Now if he can only learn how to field.
2 of 3 from the Braves ... not what I would have predicted after the disaster of the Cubs series. And if you told me that Nola would lose against the Braves, I would have thought there was no chance of the Phils winning the series. You always have to remember that each game in a MLB season is unique.

Good to see the Phils grind out another win, have to beat the bad teams.
some sloppy base running by both teams in the 10th, but the throwing error by the Bucs was the difference.
The pickoff to start the bottom of the 10th was mind numbing. Initially I thought that the kid was going to attempt to steal 3rd (more than mind numbing) given that he wasn’t even in the picture when Didi received the ball. To basically start the bottom of the 10th with one out bases clear was beyond huge.
Biggest part IMO was being able to get Knebel to go two innings and get through them. You now can sweep out the Pirates with Seranthony being available again tonight.

Not my intention. We are going to the park Thursday for the first time this season. I never thought this team could be entertaining without Bryce, but they have pleasantly surprised.Granted, tough series first in Hotlanta. If Harper somehow gets healthy quick, I like our chances in a best of three, especially with Nola and Wheeler.

Big, big deal for San Diego. They're getting after it and turning prospects into "now" production. It may not work out in the next two years, but you can't fault them for trying to follow Washington and Atlanta to title success.
Damn, I may need a new closer now in fantasy. I do like this pick up for the Phillies though. Been monitoring him all year because of fantasy. He’s been consistent.
I feel the pain. I'm a Braves fan and they traded for a left fielder that was hitting .205 with Detroit this year.
