Honestly, I have no idea how ranger will fare. I'm just trying to inject some optimism in the sea of despair that this thread has become. Now that wasn’t my intent. But many of us didn’t expect the season to rest on Ranger’s shoulders so soon.

The bye at least guarantees that you reach this stage. Don't get it, and you could already be sitting at home.doesn’t pay to lock up the 1 or 2 seeds…. The byes make you lose any type of momentum you might have had. The dodgers are grim right now too
Yeah, because Sosa is such a better option....sigh.Bohm…. sigh
...and they swing at so many bad pitches. Should have a bunch more walks. I will be shocked if they win this game. This team just strikes out too much - I don’t care where they finished in regular season - too many non-contact at bats with guys on base
Mets or Phillies? This team just strikes out too much - I don’t care where they finished in regular season - too many non-contact at bats with guys on base
It’s really unbelievable - pitchers know they don’t have to throw a strike to get them out....and they swing at so many bad pitches. Should have a bunch more walks. I will be shocked if they win this game.
Good call!Lead off double and squadooch! Time for the bullpen to implode now.
Might have been better going for the double play and letting the tieing run score. Could have walker Lindor and pitched to someone else. And Estevez gives up a grand slam to the 1st batter he faces. Mets up 4-1. Good grief
Because Thomson is a dumb a**Might have been better going for the double play and letting the tieing run score. Could have walker Lindor and pitched to someone else.
BTW, why did Estevez have to throw 26 pitches in the 8th inning last night trailing 6-2?
