Honestly, is KC gonna win without their mvp and hof RT?

Of course not. However that’s because Mahomes is the clear MVP and he’s not part of a “team”. He plays the game by himself in a vacuum and no one else makes his team go. It’s only him. Unlike Hurts who is part of a team that’s a system and can win without him.

True. Otoh how did the Cowboys do without their starting QB and starting LT?
despite what the stats say I am still disappointed in the D especially the first half. You just can’t let teams drive the ball like that. Too much time of possession
Now why they didn’t run Sanders more?? Who knows. Why they didn’t run a back on 4-1? IDk.

Also, I haven't seen it mentioned, but in the locker room A.J. indicated on the pick-6 that he was trying to get Minshew's attention, as it was clear the Saints were expecting the play that was called, and he wanted him to know to go elsewhere. If you check the replays, you can see that he was motioning to the QB, but Gardner never looked over to him until he threw the ball, which Lattimore was waiting for.

The Eagles offense looked flat and uninspired today. The defense stepped up, especially in the second half. Unless something changes on that offense the NJ Giants are going to beat them next week.
Why? Don’t expect the Giants to play starters since they clinched a playoff spot and can’t improve their position win or lose.

For the record the Cowboys were 4-1 with their backup QB and their starting left tackle out. By the way, I thought Lane Johnson is a right tackle and some “expert” on here was telling us last week that his backup, Driscoll, could start for at least 28 teams in the league.

That was me and I stand by that Doesn’t make me an expert though more a reflection of the line play in the NFL. Driscoll wasn’t the reason the Eagles lost

Well of course he hasn’t given any thought yet to resting his starters; it’s Sunday.

Driscoll did not play well when I was watching during the second half. As I said, I am sure he is a capable back up but he sure as hell isn’t better than 28 other starting right tackles in the league. Not even close according to PFF to Dallas’ right tackle, Steele, who by the way tore his ACL a few weeks ago. Eagles fans need to relax; they will clinch next week either by beating the Giants or as a long suffering Cowboys’ fan with them losing to Washington should the Eagles lose to the Giants.

I get the refs have a difficult job making split second decisions on penalties, but that was unequivocally one of the WORST calls I have seen in any football game, jr. high, high school, college or pro. The only explanation I can possibly envision is that the ref thought, “this is an NFL D-lineman, there’s no possible way he can get his a** kicked that bad without some type of holding going on”.

Seen a lot less called holding
