As an avid amateur photographer something about the hand says Photoshop to me. It's a a good one if it is, I can't explain WHY I think that specifically. That is the mark of a well done one. It wouldn't shock me if it's real....it's that good.

That’s a screen grab from a video. I saw the video on the twitters and the finger was on the video as well but I guess you can fake that too.
