The difference in taxes and cost of living between Pa and SC is tremendous....heck we don't even have auto inspections or emissions! 3000 Sq ft home on 1 acre has taxes of around $1100 total annually .

Not upset - it shows PSU is in the greet game so to speak (but, they always have been). It’s a misuse of funds IMO - he’s only as good as the players he has. OSU knows this.
