It's worth noting that Manny Diaz's hair is as impressive in year 2 as it was in year 1.
3 things
1. I saw Clifford tailgating in lot 41 with his better half under a tent during a downpour.
2. Miles Dread walked by our tailgate and was happy to stop for pictures.
3. Traut walked by after the game with Wormley's crew. I can't believe Traut was an NFL lineman. The wind almost carried him away.

I had the same thoughts the 1st time I met him at a Blue-White game. He has a frame that is more like a former NBA player than a former NFL OL player.
If the D-line treats opponents like they treated their teammates on the O-line today, I think we're gonna have a fun defense to watch.
But is our offense going to be no yards and a cloud of sh|t?
I watched the replay on btn last night. The QBs made some nice throws but struggled overall. It was two young kids in just their 15th spring practice, with a limited playbook, but I couldn’t help but think that I deserved better.

The QB's faced the best secondary and DE's they will see all year.
the 1-tech DT position that was supposed to be a big issue looked to hold up v the OL. I really thought I would see that are caving back more. the DL was solid.
Again pontificating as the most informed PSU homer, I will share my prophetic insight from the game and share graciously the future to all of you. First, the team is loaded with football players with the same attitude as the 1986 team that beat the Tropical Storm in the Fiesta Bowl. Trey Bauer times 50, and it is glorious to see. We will be 5 deep at WR if Cephus lives up to his press clippings. Omari is a hybrid of Godwin and Jahan, and should emerge to surprise the uninformed. Sutton is vicious and should hurt a lot of people. KJ Wilson reminds me of Kim Herring with more motor skills. Zane Durant is gonna be special and if Izzard does the same then we easily beat Michigan. I mean gloriously. if not we go 11-1. The biggest problem we have is it has been over a decade since the Penn State faithful have thought of themselves as excellent/elite. We have an elite defense and an elite O-line that will allow the training wheels to come off our QB very early in the season.

Boy, if you didn’t like the Penn State spring game format tune in to the BTN - I don’t know what MSU is doing but it looks awful (and so do they to be honest).
