Clifford is what Clifford is. Franklin is what Franklin is. You have a 5* QB on the bench who could have seven games under his belt by now, but instead you have a 6 year average QB with three turnovers trying to produce a miracle. I don’t really blame the kid, his coach put him into this position

For teams who have real coaches who can scheme defensive plays, OSU is very depended on Harrison. Take him away and OSU is very vulnerable.

The only hope for an improvement in Penn State circumstances is the fan base making life unbearable for Franklin and some desperate team like Auburn, Nebraska, or Fla State making a mistake and hiring him away.
