Our playcalling, play designs, schemes, lack of creativity has TOTALLY SUCKED for years and would be embarrassing even at a junior high school level.
Did we see one off tackle run all day? It really feels like everything was up the middle, right into their best lineman everytime
Does this look like last year? Undefeated, lose a game and Clifford gets hurt. At least this year we have a backup.
In what way? Size? Recruit ranking? Or is the problem somewhere else? Other than Bama, no team is complete at every position. Maryland and Iowa are less talented than PSU and did better against Michigan.
Does the ball have to be in the air for it to be OPI? How many times have we seen a receiver push off and then come open and he gets it thrown to him?
How about buying him an elite staff then? How much $$ would it take to bring Munchak home to coach up this OL? If we’re stuck with Franklin, make life uncomfortable for him…take a little bit of control away from him.

I'm checking out of this thread, and switching to the Phillies game. You guys know from experience that I almost always stick around for an entire PSU game, win or lose. My Phillies are trying to close out the NLDS, and this game is, unfortunately, not bringing me any satisfaction. Disappointing performance by PSU today.

Just sick of watching unprepared and uninspired teams play with poor in-game coaching and no halftime adjustments. That is CJF football. His only positive is that he is an above average recruiter. Otherwise, he is worse than the less than stellar JoePa coaching during his decline.

This is why we will always be the bi#tch of the Big 2. Out coached. This is what is displayed after a bye week? Total BS. Kudos to UM for having their team sharp and prepared .
