I thought the rule was the D could enter the zone as long as they didn’t touch Offense and they got back

They added the change that if the D jumps and that triggers the O line to move the penalty is on the D.

That might be a TD. TV broadcast didn't show great angle but looks like he was on top of defense and rolled over them into the end zone. Not sure if being reviewed but if so we might see a reversal.

Edit - finally got a good angle after commercial, appeared to be just short of a TD. Really, really close.
