They also reportedly have surveillance of him repeatedly wearing latex gloves outside of the PA home and he also reportedly did a deep clean on the car interior.
I don’t care how well you clean the car, if the police tear it apart during a search, something will come up. You may scrub out the blood from the seats, but it soaks into the foam and that can be tested. The most efficient way to get rid of the DNA would be to torch the car.

No I’m not a murderer. I have a few degrees in criminology and some investigative experience.

I'm from the era when it was called Admin of Justice and I'm also not a murderer.

Exactly right, if there is any blood in the car the police will find it. On the other hand, if they have the car and don't find blood.................

Let me rephrase @PSUAVLNC: if there was ever any of the victims’ blood in the car, will it be found?

Bryan definitely had a grisly fascination with murder. Driving back to the scene a few hours after the murder. and then could have been posting online with an alias about the murder........

Could you imagine if they were pretty confident it was him so they tipped their hand before they could secure enough evidence and he was released?
That doesn't make sense. I'm talking about the period of time where he wasn't in custody. Maybe it would make sense if you concluded with "fled the country".

Heard a theory today. He may have returned to see if he could get in and retrieve the knife sheath that was left behind.

Also establishes a link between the phone and the car (and who's driving it). I guess it will all come to light soon enough!
Something else that seems contradictory in the affidavit is that although they state that the murders took place between 4:00 AM and 4:25 AM, the surveillance footage has the white Elantra speeding away at 4:20 AM.

It would be interesting to find out if he was the person who mutilated the dog. For me, cruelty to animals is a dead give away for a severely twisted mind.
And yet the killer didn't hurt Kaylee Goncalves' dog that was barking at the scene of the crime. Some of those who believe BK's guilty believe that he didn't harm her dog because he's a vegan and would be sensitive to well-being of animals. Interesting stuff.

Last page of the affidavit suggests the murders occurred at night but others reports indicate it was 4:30 am. The rest of the evidence seems solid. Or am I misreading it?
Now I understand why they included this information from later on Nov. 13 -

Additional analysis of records for the 8458 Phone indicated that between approximately 5:32 p.m. and 5:36 p.m., the 8458 Phone utilized cellular resources that provide coverage to Johnson, ID. The 8458 Phone then stops reporting to the network from approximately 5:36 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. That is consistent with the 8458 Phone being the area that the 8458 Phone traveled in the hours immediately following the suspected time the homicides occurred.

Johnson Idaho is 90 miles away from Moscow Idaho. It's where the Nez Perce - Clearwater National Forests are. Is that where he disposed of the knife, bloody clothes, cleaning supplies, etc.? What did he buy at Albertson's earlier in the day?

A nearby (next door?) security camera with sound capabilities recorded screaming and a dog barking at 4:17.

My hunch is you do need a warrant to gather DNA and match it to a suspect. At least that feels more buttoned up in court.
The trash itself is definitely public property. U.S. Supreme Court Decision in 1988, California vs Greenwood. If you place trash by the curb, you have no reasonable expectation of privacy.

According to the ACLU, "Warrantless access to unavoidably shed DNA is a troubling trend in police investigations."

Here is a good segment with THE expert, CeCe Moore.

Possible Incel case, involuntary celebate. Yes, it's a popular modern term primarily geared towards angry young men who are not hooking up and are blaming the females. All kind of web sites for this crowd. Many of us here are like Al Bundy and have reluctantly accepted our fate. One possible angle being looked into is that the killer previously met one or more of the women and got rebuffed. Anecdotal reports of Bryan getting chippy with other women who spurned his flirting advances.
Some have suspected for a while that his handle on Facebook was Pappa Rodger. Of course, Elliot Rodger is the the spree killer who wrote the Incel manifesto. This video lays out why some believe BK was Pappa Rodger. Good speculation.

Regarding trash,I think that as well, however you can be arrested for taking peoples recycles that are left at the curb. Maybe its the recepticle for recycling that distinguishes the if its a crime or not.

There is nothing more dangerous in this day and age than a lonely, angry white man who can’t get laid.

Yeah, just like in Alice’s Restaurant.

The Pappa Rodger thing, the summaries of what the writer posted seem to indicate that he knew more than what the police had released. He mentioned the sheath.

Curious if we eventually learn more about the shocked girl who went back to sleep till noon. Could she have possibly known 'something'? Just seems hard to believe based on what she heard and saw that she chooses to go back to sleep, and can, regardless of how much she had 'partied'.

Could it be as simple as a place where 6 roommates, parties.....all hours..... you are accustomed to minding your own business?
Masks aren't as strange as they used to be?

More likely she was scared out of her wits. The authorities have touched on this. Psychologists say that’s a thing. Occam’s Razor.
Thought the same thing. However, the victims were on 3rd floor and she was on first floor I believe. She was probably more like, who they hell was that and what are they doing up there? I never lived in a big house apartment like that but knew people that did and not everyone knew who the others had over or invited over etc.

She saw the guy leave after the murders. (She gave the police this: his height and his bushy eyebrows.) There was screaming (nearby cameras picked that up). Your argument would work for me if not for these two things.

I guess we’ll eventually get to the truth of the matter.

This does strike home. I lived in a group house in Fort Sanders, Knoxville and none of the others living in that house would have known me from Adam.
