The only false idol worshipping is you elevating a (mediocre) football program over doing what is right and respecting acknowledging that you would not even have that to worship without JoePa.

Should you not be concerned about the plummeting of the standing of the University - first and foremost? Just so happens this decline aligned perfectly with folks like you who elevated football over honor and achievement in 2011.

A decline in the university coincided with a scandal where it turned out we had a pedo as a celebrated DC.

Here ... let's make a deal ... you can continue to hate on the present and future, tearing down anything that's accomplished and focusing on important stuff like the fact that the teams we beat weren't good enough for you, as you long for the days when we had a pedo leading our defense and bringing us Nattys ... and I'll continue to support the education of children in the present and future, and I'll be OK with having a competitive, entertaining football program that often wins 10 or 11 games, and occasionally challenges for the Natty. You can continue to embrace those Natty winners, just like the man who was largely responsible for them inappropriately embraced young boys ... and I'll look forward to bettering the educational environment and reputation that was harmed by that same man while enjoying some good football.

I noticed a downtick, thanks to the previous regime's (including your cult leader) scandal, but no "major decline."

I won't be sending my kids there, but PSU will flourish, without you and your fellow cult members ... unless Franklin does something stupid like hang around WAY too long and let a suspected pedo walk around doing pedo things after he kicked the message upstairs and washed his hands of it.
