I’m just very glad that there’s a lot of people out there that see right through their garbage. Just a scummy program under a scummy coach.
Mulkey's post-game presser may have been the fatal blow in that it exposed a much broader audience to the witch we already know. National press has done some digging and have come to realize this behavior is normal for her and not a one off. Many are now questioning her demeanor/character as it relates to her position of leadership over young women.

Harper is safe here in Vol Country...I am so glad to see Matthew Mitchell potentially coming back to UK.

If Mitchell comes back to UK, interest will be up again, as he is a winner and will have the Cats back in contention in a few seasons. He will get Leah Macy who is a top 3 recruit and hit the portal hard.

Here's hoping Vandy makes the NCAA tournament!!!

Apparently Dawn mentioned in her Call-in show that the SEC contacted her and told her they overlooked the tapes and said they made a mistake not ejecting Flau'jae. I don't know what that means for the tournament. I'm assuming they didn't check Angel antics because she should have been tossed too for her cheap shots at Kamilla all game.

I like the way Dawn plays Fulwiley off the bench this year. She provides a spark. I think she is also a reserve because she is unpredictable. When she is on ... watch out, but we have also seen her be off. I think you should always start with the more predictable/reliable player even if they are not more dynamic. I do agree when Fulwiley is cooking you should not take her out.

Next year may be a different story but for now I think Dawn has it correct.

Just finished the SEC Inside from the womens tournament and I find it so interesting that every other coach featured (last years episode as well) allows cameras in the locker room and in the timeout huddles except for you know who ... Kim Mulkey. I'm sure its because of the things she says to her players that would paint her in an even more harsh light!

Well, Saxton and Fletcher were predictable and that was the problem. But I wouldn't put Raven in a category with them. She is all-conference after all. We have become addicted to her defensive rebounding. So I agree with you that Raven should start.

It is concerning, though, that Dawn didn't adjust Fulwiley's minutes based on her play.

Looks like either A&M or Miss State makes the tournament but not both. How do you choose between the 2? State had the better conference record. A&M, however, had more injuries to key players and looked like the better team in the SECt at full strength. 🤷‍♂️

I swear this isn't me who made this video. It's just obvious: Dawn runs the risk of repeating last year if she doesn't play her players playing best enough.

Much as I agree with Fulwiley playing more, this guy talking is just another self-important internet hack exploiting issues wherever he can find them for money. I resent his incursion when the people who need to be heard are the lovers of the program, expert insiders like US, well, Y'ALL. 🤣

While I enjoy Fulwiley’s crowd-pleasing, dynamic play, I’m willing to defer to Dawn’s decisions on who plays when. Her record is impeachable. I think her biggest challenge is keeping 9 incredibly talented players happy. It’s not that we have depth… we have great team chemistry. Any one of our five guards would play 30 minutes per game at LSU or UConn; instead, they each play 15-25 minutes per game on an undefeated, #1 ranked team. These players, and their parents, buy into this strategy, because they believe in Dawn.
When it’s time for any player to get more playing time, Dawn will know. Let’s trust her.

Dawn is awesome, but I wouldn't say unimpeachable. That implies above criticism.

In 2015, we lost by 1 point in the Final Four and the GOAT only played 24 minutes.

Even the great coaches have their weaknesses.

I understand your point about UCONN and LSU, but you also have to acknowledge those 2 coaches have won 15 national titles between them. Even Dawn, in 2017, only played 6 players in the tournament due to Coates' injury.

I see your point regarding last year. Dawn was loyal to a fault with Saxton and Beal, who while awesome team members and talented but were basically nil offensively. I think this year is different. I do think Dawn is evolving as well and won’t make that same mistake this year.

I have no problem with it, but I think Fulwiley would be much further along if she were allowed to play through her mistakes more. At some point, you have to let your better players go and let them learn on the job. I have never been a proponent of players learning on the bench. The only thing that would make me hesitate is the potential of losing Raven or Te-Hina mentally due to inserting the freshman in the lineup. Of course our veteran guards are steadier now, but I just feel Milaysia’s ceiling is higher?

Dawn might have chosen to give some of our players fewer minutes. Had she done so, we never would have seen how valuable Tessa Johnson is. Over the last several games, we have seen Tessa shoot and make mid-range 2s, we have seen Tessa shoot and make 3s, we have seen Tessa drive the lane and score, we have seen her make excellent passes, and she's not a liability on defense. As a result, we find ourselves with an embarrassment of riches in the backcourt, and instead of thinking she might be content at another school, Tessa Johnson finds herself an integral part of an undefeated conference champion team.

Think about it... we could have two guards get in serious foul trouble and not feel the strain. I can't think of another team that can say that.

I know this doesn’t mean all that much but LSU wbb reporter for On3 reporting today that his feeling after talking to some people in the know is that Strong has LSU first and UConn 2nd. Says her picking LSU hinges on whether Angel stays or not bc she wants to play immediately.

LSU insiders told us they led for Edwards,
Cambridge, and even Koval I believe. The inordinate self belief that permeates everyone around the program is tiresome.

I talked to my mailman and garbageman today and they both think Strong is a SC lean. My accountant says SC is a sure thing. They are people in the know. lol

LSU thinks they can buy anybody and a lot of players they can. If we don't get an OV, she's not coming here. I can't imagine any parent that cares about their daughter wanting her to go play at LSU for Mulkey. Plenty of options for her to play at a school with a respected successful coach. If a player is looking for the most money or guaranteed playing time, they're not coming to South Carolina.

total fanboy. anything he puts out is thru extreme LSU colored glasses. news about players, coaches, recruiting, or commentary is always spun in an flattering & positive light regarding that program. Did you know that international sensation Awa Fam is a lock for LSU once she decides to play in the states ?😀

Reese plays the 5, mostly. Her staying or going shouldn't affect Strong's playing time.

Honestly, signing or not signing Sarah Strong won’t make or break the program. Assuming Adhel Tac heals up and Cardoso and Walker move on, we’ll return three bigs (plus Tac) and all five guards. Add in Edwards as a new freshman, and we’ll be primed for another good run next year.
Positive indicators for Strong signing with us: Dawn’s past relationship with her mom, and proof (Fulwiley’s and Tessa Johnson’s playing time) that Dawn will play freshmen who demonstrate the immediate potential to contribute. Hope that’s enough.

What a joke. They delayed the game 20 minutes to review every second of that situation.

Both ESPN and Her Hoop Stats bracketology have Ohio State as the 2 seed and Virginia Tech as the 4 seed in our region. I think the assumption is Kitley is done for the year. Last year, Notre Dame was publicly saying things like Olivia Miles was not ruled out for the tournament. She's still not back! Tech is more capable of feeling shame than ND, apparently, and are saying nothing about her status.
