What soul? This is professional football now…soon players will not even be enrolled.Only way he is ever going to coach again in college is if a program is desperate enough to sell their soul. So OSU or a SEC team

Yes....great job while leaving the back door open as you call him a crap coach at every turn waiting for the loss. A real hero you are. Now this year he would have made the top 4 at the end of the year with and without the playoffs. Move those goalposts quickly...top 5 team coming up so you have that to fall back on. He's the only 2-0 coach in the 12 team playoff system....in the final 4/national semis but he cannot coach according to you. MNC or bust....but that is a bad coach...LOL.I said 45-14. Pretty close, yes?
The only coach to win 13 games in a year at PSU. Thanks CJF, I am glad you are here.Yes....great job while leaving the back door open as you call him a crap coach at every turn waiting for the loss. That’s what trolls do…predict a blow out then if it happens, they’re right and if it’s closer than that, they can slam the coach for not winning by more.I said 45-14. Pretty close, yes?
The goalposts are losing to O OSU and Michigan. Am I blind or did that happen? We were a 2 td fav over smu and 13 points over Boise and got the best seed in the tourney. All great things. I’m enjoying the ride as much (prob more) than you. Telling me I can’t wait for them to lose is silly talk. Coach had 2 tough games this season and as always, lost them both. Enjoy the ride, coach will show us what’s up for seasons to come (apparently)Yes....great job while leaving the back door open as you call him a crap coach at every turn waiting for the loss. weird, there is exactly one coach who hasn't lost a tough game this year and some of those coaches lost games where they were favored by 12 or 13 pointsThe goalposts are losing to O OSU and Michigan. We (Coach) has a history (5-17) of losing these games. thats all I’m saying. Is there magic in the air? Yes if 11 plays.weird, there is exactly one coach who hasn't lost a tough game this year and some of those coaches lost games where they were favored by 12 or 13 points

Work is hard. Retirement is hard. Family is hard. This board should embrace non ”grown up’ sentiment. This is the place to F about. Gatekeepers should step aside. You know who doesn’t gatekeep, our host, our Boss. What does this post really achieve? Grow up.
You’re a POS! Welcome to ignore sh*thead!Go state BEAT BOWLING GREEN LOL

Happy Valley United loves CJF…as well as the SC Chamber of Commerce. Done dealIn the current CFB landscape any discussion about getting rid of Franklin should be put to bed. He overachieved this year and may have another win or two in him. Five years ago, when NIL didn’t rule, I was more supportive of moving on because I felt in game decisions and game management were never going to improve. They still might not, but with no sure fire way to fix it I believe it’s better to keep what we have and hope for the best. Losing to OSU and Michigan every year sucks, but there is no magic bullet save cash - Franklin has kept our stars, developed NFL talent, and recruited better than our NIL resources would suggest. No one was going to ever replace Saban but DeBoer was handed a Ferrari and promptly drove it into a wall. We could maybe do better but would likely do worse. This is the best year for PSU football since ‘94. Let’s enjoy it.

96-24 and 6 more years!Go state BEAT BOWLING GREEN LOL
Keeping Franklin was a decision made about 4 years ago. He's owed about 50 million if he's fired. No one with any decision making authority has ever considered replacing Franklin. In the current CFB landscape any discussion about getting rid of Franklin should be put to bed. Don't worry. I would never expect you to grow up. Or do basic math.Work is hard. Retirement is hard. Family is hard. This board should embrace non ”grown up’ sentiment. This is the place to F about. Gatekeepers should step aside. You know who doesn’t gatekeep, our host, our Boss.
5-17….and let me guess, this year is another 9-2 year….who cares about having 13 wins and being in the final four.4-17 aint great

The money is 1 reason. The other reason is 34 wins in 3 years. Only delusional message board fanboys would even mention this as a possibility.
I've already suggested that when this season is over, he will be awarded a raise and an extension.
Funny, if you knew my stats, you most def wouldn’t call me a child. You know me only here, this magical fun land, which shouldn’t be gate keeped, as much as you try lolDon't worry. I would never expect you to grow up. Or do basic math.
Buyout is 56 million…Effective today. Next Jan 1 it drops to 48 millionKeeping Franklin was a decision made about 4 years ago. He's owed about 50 million if he's fired. No one with any decision making authority has ever considered replacing Franklin.

Big picture yo. Do you know we only play 2 big boys next season. We‘ll miss 11 but with 15, I predict another final 4 (considering another favorable seed) So we lose our 2 big boy games, beat up on Troy etc, BAMM final 45-17….and let me guess, this year is another 9-2 year….who cares about having 13 wins and being in the final four.
As long as we get a good seed, losing 2 big boy season games don’t mean as much. Losing one to Minnesot/Washington/USC could complicate things. Remember we were 0-2 v big boys this year but got a super sweet seed. If they eliminate top 4 seeds for mt west/ASU etc, that will make an 0-2 v big boys state journey a bit tougherBuyout is 56 million…Effective today. Next Jan 1 it drops to 48 million

If we make the playoffs every year, I will be happy regardless of who we beat and don’t beat. Unlike you, I don’t expect undefeated seasons every year. And you’re looking at the opposite of the big picture, you’re looking at two individual games….the big picture is making the playoffs.Big picture yo. Do you know we only play 2 big boys next season. enjoy this run, I sure am
Go State BEAT TEMPLE! I will 100% fly 1 and GF in for state at temple Philly weekend. That’s 48 hours of go state beat blue hens fun. What I won’t be doing is dropping $2k at UPARK to watch state beat Troy 60-0. Who does that? You’re a POS! Welcome to ignore sh*thead!
Every seriesIf it were up to many on this board, we’d have a new coach about every two games.
That’s the point I’m arguing. You’re a volume guy, I’m a value guy. For example, a base M2 is a great value at $72k (like beating a big boy in season) where as a loaded 240 at $62k is a terrible value with lots of features (like beating Troy 40 times and lauding the 40)Which of these coaches haven’t racked up most of their wins against teams like Bowling Green? I’ll wait.
But the “fluff” is what counts…who makes the playoffs? The teams with more wins. I swear you’d rather go 2-10 as long as those two wins were against OSU and Michigan. But in the end, the amount of wins is what counts. That’s the point I’m arguing. You’re a volume guy, I’m a value guy. ‘These are opposite ways to root for a team. And apparently the value guys and the fluff guys (10 wins!) will never agree. Granted it’s fun to disagree.
2-10, nope, but I’d trade an O win for a minny loss. Who did exactly that this year? Hmmm, ND?But the “fluff” is what counts…who makes the playoffs? The teams with more wins.
