Is it any surprise the Nose pickers in Michigan are cheaters? Currently under investigation by the NCAA illegally scouting

I still think Michigan is going to try and stall this with everything they have... See if Harbaugh can get a natty and at season's end he bolts to the NFL to coach the Raiders and Michigan fans don't care what punishment the NCAA dishes out since they have their natty.

Like other groups in the country these days, they will revel in their outlaw status. They'll taunt us about how they got away with it along with everything else.

They did it!

They did it!
No it was all Connor Stalions. He was a Lee Harvey Oswald type program assassin. The coordinators he stood next to and listened as he informed them what was coming, merely thought he was a savant. A gift from God to bring Michigan what they so richly deserved. Harbaugh, well, look at him. This guy is in a world of his own. Stalions fashioned his CMU coaching gear out of discarded Michigan practice gear and did a Jack Ruby type of entrance unnoticed onto the CMU sidelines.
Just as Oswald was likely a CIA operative, Stalions worked for Ohio State, funded by Ryan Day. His mission, make Michigan Football a national pariah. Mission Accomplished  I just can't understand why everyone doesn't understand that Michigan is the only victim here:cry:

I sure hope Harbaugh is not suspended before our game with Michigan. If will only further incite the Wolverines.

In terms of being "fair to the players," who is responsible for this? The coaching staff of U of M that initiated this scheme betrayed the sacred trust that coaches on every level owe their charges. All the accomplishments, team and individual will be forever tainted. The young people they were entrusted to develop and protect have been harmed.
I find it interesting that everyone is concerned about the Michigan players.....was it fair to the players on the teams that Michigan cheated against? Where is their justice?

Oh no it's not fair for the players!!! The horror!

We have to make sure it's always fair for the players. Except Nittany Lions. F them.
When you brake it all down. The Michigan players are among those harmed by the systemic spying scheme initiated by their very own coaches.

the argument that the current players at Penn State might be harmed by the actions of a person outside of Penn State did not seem to be a valid argument. Not sure how this is a legal argument.

Tom Mars seems to show up whenever an organization attempts to enforce any restrictions on teams or players. The teams/schools are voluntary members of both the NCAA and the BIG conference, and sign contracts that include being overseen and governed by these organizations. This includes submitting to the authority of said organizations to enforce compliance and doll out sanctions/punishments. Without that level of control you have a lawless/chaotic structure.

most of us have a drivers license to operate various motor vehicles. As part of that license we agree to follow the laws of our state, and that we will be punished/fined for not obeying the traffic laws.

How does Tom Mars have any argument? Has any one ever asked Tom Mars to comment on the punishment that Penn State took over Jerry Sandusky incident, which was via an outside entity?

No, it won't. The tide is already turning. This is going to age with laughter

Pretty sure this is currently not a legal matter. But in competitive sport, tampering with the legitimacy of a contest is about as bad as it gets.

totally agree with you. that is why I am not seeing how they try to take this to a legal argument. Tom Mars seems to take all these to the courts. Is he going to argue that Penn State DBs held UMich WRs if we were to win?

This is incredibly BS if true. And I trust that it is true.
Does that mean he can also coach from the box?

My best guess is nothing will happen before our game tomorrow.
B10 will come down with 2 game suspension for Harbaugh and a fine less than $10K which is consistent with B10 bylaws for Commissioner authority limits. Timing will be either Monday or Tuesday to give UM time prepare. UM will take legal action but will lose in court unless Judge is a UM zealot.
OSU vs UM game will be a must see TV. :)
