Didn't mean it that way....sorry if it came across that way. Just saying I've heard every Soros conspiracy/allegation thats out there....she obsesses over it.

You have a nice day also.
It's OK, didn't take it that way. You gave a reason for not wanting to discuss the Soros "conspiracy" and I just stated that I didn't suffer from those conditions. S'all good.

George Soros conspiracies? That’s a liberal denying the vast influence Soros buys with his money to destroy this country in his quest to start a one world communist government. Liberals won’t debate something they can’t defend, so they will just call it a right wing conspiracy to avoid having to debate the truth. It’s sickening.

Unless you can absolutely prove it, it is nothing but an allegation and, therefore, the basis of a conspiracy theory. Same with Koch brothers, Gates, Gallo, Mars, etc. etc. Wealthy people always throw money at causes they support or which benefit themselves. Dates all the way back before Rockefeller, Carnegie, Morgan, etc. were doing it.

Which is why I used an AP news report. Fox isn't any more unbiased than ABC, NBC or CBS.

As far as pinging cell phones....nothing illegal about being in the streets, but there is for being in a building closed to the public. If they post pictures thats another issue....and they did catch some in the summer riots because of social media. Read the article.....your attempted point is incorrect.
AP is constantly reporting with a left slant

FWIW, Ron Rivera has backtracked somewhat and now says that Del Rio was fined $100,000, not for the substance of his comments, but because his comments were a distraction for the team.

Rioters are committing a Jan. 6th event every night outside Supreme Court justices houses with specific laws prohibiting it and nothing is done. Where is the congressional action/hearings? Blocked by Pelosi of course. By the way, the only person murdered on Jan. 6th was a military veteran protester by Capitol Police. Our justice system is no longer an equal justice system.
They are not the same. But you know that.

I just hope you people don't really believe the things you write.

And if protesters want to live, they should stay home and not break into the US Capitol.

Here is evidence. It is well known that Soros funded far left district attorneys and prosecutors to implement soft on crime policies that reduce sentences, reduce criminal charges, and reduce or eliminate bail for known and repeat offenders. Putting these criminals right back on the street to continue committing felonies. These DA's and prosecutors are all over the country in liberal urban areas and likely played a huge part in not stopping or pressing charges against Atifa and BLM rioters. Soros is using his money to influence elections in an effort to increase crime throughout our major urban areas to destroy our culture and country, so he and is comrades can build their Utopian society out of the ashes of their destruction. This is not a conspiracy theory, this is well known and documented.

Soros is not the only one having significant Marxist influence on the American justice system - there is also Gates, Bezos, China, and others. And we can thank the Bush family for starting the destruction of the American immigration system leading to increased crime related to drugs and gang violence crossing the border with a huge impact on the justice system.

Yes, I know and agree. However getting a progressive poster who claims Soros “conspiracies “ to respond to that would be impossible so I focused on the low hanging fruit. Marxists need their useful idiots.

I agree they're not the same. The protests at the SC judges houses (minus the one guy) seem to be non violent.

I'd say that Jan 6th falls in between the SC protests and the summer of mayhem on the violence scale.

I would disagree on the last statement though. I feel like there was a bit less restraint used by that cop than by many others in similar situations. And if his victims actions were enough to warrant being shot, the bar is pretty low and a LOT more people would be shot during protests.

Non-violent but breaking the law just the same. Very few charges stemming from Jan. 6th were for violence - trespassing is the majority of charges. SCOTUS protesters should be charged with same - the statute is clear, they are not allowed to protest at SCOTUS homes or intimidate in any way. Yet they have not been charged. There is no will to prosecute obvious crimes due to politics which is the problem with the current justice system.

There are no conspiracy theories. The government uses that to label people who are onto the truth. The truth always comes to light and it is coming now.

Conveniently skipped the point that authorities stood and watched instead of arresting the culprits who were easy to identify - burning a federal building is illegal. I understand there has to be a will to prosecute which is the problem. Portland prosecute Antifa/BLM? - no way say liberal prosecutors! When they are arrested - they are released with without bail and no jail - charges are dropped. Treatment of Jan. 6th protesters is very different - no bail, no due process, solitary confinement, etc.
DC is very willing to prosecute Jan 6th protesters but not SCOTUS protesters violating federal law. Again, the will to prosecute equally is the problem. You have to admit there is a difference in our current justice system depending on your politics. Some arrested for Jan. 6th were not in the building by the way, such as Gov. Whitmer's political opposition in the Michigan governors race - a very politically motivated arrest by the FBI.
We could stop the protests at Kananaugh's home. Let several patriots go join them and let's see who survives.

But it's based on the organization isn't it? Kerr and LeBron aren't necessarily "on brand" for the NBA, but their specifically not "off brand." Do their comments really catch NBA fans' attention? Not really. They can talk - and it dissipates into the stratosphere almost overnight.

If they both worked for (or were spokespeople for) My Pillow, do you think they'd skate by?

There's a nuance to the world. And I feel like everyone who doesn't get that also doesn't get how to navigate internet "information." You have to take into account a totality of the circumstances, not just say: "but this, but that."

If we took in, “the totality of the circumstances “, as you say, even Democrats would be wanting some personnel changes in our highest office

I have already said that the USSC protesters should be arrested pursuant to 18 U.S. 1507 which makes it illegal to protest in front of a courthouse or a judge’s home with the intent to influence a judicial position. However, while that particular statute has not been ruled unconstitutional, one issue is the Supreme Court in United States v. Grace, 461 U.S. 171 (1983), found that a statute that prohibited protests on sidewalks outside of the Supreme Court was unconstitutional, though legal experts generally agree that targeted, stationary protests outside of a justice’s home are prohibited under that federal law. Basically the law can be a gray area and often is, it is not always as black and white as people would like.

The immigration enforcement issue actually started in 1998 when GA Senator Paul Coverdell complained about the INS enforcement on the Vidalia onion farms. Deals were made with the INS regarding migrant farm workers.

If our so called leaders keep silent about violence in one direction and are vocal about it in the other direction, that's unforgiveable. Honestly though, if Biden's handlers didn't put it on a sheet of paper and tell him to read it, he wouldn't. He's not capable of speaking coherently on his own. After 4 years of seeing the president harangued constantly by reporters, it's incredibly sad to see a dementia patient getting a nearly free pass.
It's my understanding that Biden has a speech impediment, not dementia.
Every president has "handlers."

I wasn't really speaking to the legality, but the level of violence for each.

The SC protests, while illegal, have at least been pretty non violent. (Minus the assassination attempt).

It's a huge step up to get to where Jan 6th was, with violent rioting.

It also another huge step up to get to the summer of love, where the violent rioting was sustained, encouraged and continued for weeks/months.

Well, for starters January 6 was an attempt to overthrow the US government.
yea, right. That's your difference? o_O Gotta do better than that. It's the same - the will to prosecute all lawbreakers regardless of politics is the real difference.

The majority of charges for Jan. 6 are for trespassing not violence (a few assault charges). There was no burning of federal buildings(one fire) and killing of police officers - none of those charges have been made. DOJ has tried very hard to make more substantial charges but failed.
We are talking recent history here and not comparing a bunch of hippies to BLM/Antifa.
I don't understand the breaking of the law but not violent argument. A branch of the federal govt. is being attacked by the SCOTUS protesters and must be prosecuted the same as if they were outside the houses of Sotomayor, Kagan, Roberts, etc. regardless of political will.

Some of y'all won't even admit that many in our Congress and Pence could have been killed on January 6. In a coup.

But you want a special speech from Biden about Kavanaugh being threatened? OK.
Jan 6 was nothing but a FBI/CIA operation. Tons of plants were in that crowd that day. Trump repeatedly said to march and protest peacefully. Bottom line....it is a sham.

Tell that to Colin Kaepernick. Anyone upset at Rio's fine should be more upset for Kaepernick who lost his job for his opinions, or is opinions only allowed if you agree with them?
Wrong. Kap lost his job because he isn't very good. Pretty funny that Kap said the NFL is a "slave plantation" but is consistently begging to be let back in.

You're right. He clearly can not make a coherent speech using his own thoughts and has way too much difficulty reading someone else's thoughts on the prompter. His hesitations between words is not speech impediment it's thought impediment.

Way to many coincidences and too many "I can't answer that" when members of congress (Cruz) question FBI/DOJ on whether their agents/informants/moles were involved.

The left wanted this to happen and they are still giddy over it. That's why they declined National Guard protection. A tiny fraction of the people present at that protest played right into their hands. But they get to paint the entire protest as some kind of coordinated attempted mob lynching. Thing is, these hearings won't help Biden get reelected. the cat's outta the bag that he's incredibly feeble. Any one who disagrees is simply lying at this point. Even if he's not demented, his policies are simply "America-last." And he's hurting the poor the most. I'd bet most of the people actually paying attention to these hearings are already straight D voters anyway.

And as I said, when given the evidence that proves George Soros trying to destroy our culture and way of life is not a conspiracy theory a useful idiot wouldn’t acknowledge the truth but would continue to deflect and change the subject. Your choice was “but both sides do it” which is BS but a common reply by a useful idiot that can’t debate the issue at hand. Crime is rampant in Liberal cities because of George Soros and the marxists that follow him. I don’t live in a liberal city so I chuckle when the liberals get assaulted or murdered because that’s what the votes for.
