On Fitzkee, folks often forget that he was the punter too. I once saw him hit a magnificent 50-60 yard punt. The only problem with it was that it was only in bounds for the first 10 yards.Scott Fitzke and Jimmy Cefalo. I used to think Cefalo would run back every punt.
Had me going there for a moment. He came to PSU after scoring 4 TD's in one game for Polk HS in the state championship game.

If I’m not mistaken, I haven’t seen any offensive linemen listed yet. I’ll throw Gerald Cadogan out there. I always thought he was really solid.
No love for Gino Capone?
I was going to mention Mac Morrison but he was already noted. Didn't see Ethan Kilmer noted but that TD catch in the Orange Bowl was crucial to our win.
Tony Johnson or Jordan Norwood as well?
Played against Neal Smith when he was at Selinsgrove HS. The best player on that team was a Roger Hoffman (I believe they were co captains).I've been hesitant to inject my oldtimer's view, but I have lousy self control. For you young guys, here are some players who receive little attention in modern tiimes:
1. LB Charlie Zapiec, who started his career as an OG
2. LB Gary Gray, another key player in stuffing the "vaunted" Longhorn Wishbone in the '72 Cotton Bowl
3. LB John Skorupan, who flashed the skills of a Shane Conlan
4. Safety Neal Smith, who all by himself snared 12 interceptions in the 1969 season (counting the Orange Bowl)
5. LB Ed O'Neil, who even returned a punt and an interception for touchdowns ala Dennis Onkotz
Zapiec cleared the block for Bob Campbell's 2 point conversion n the orange bowl. He was great at guardPlayed against Neal Smith when he was at Selinsgrove HS. The best player on that team was a Roger Hoffman (I believe they were co captains).
Roger ended up married with a child at graduation! Played some at Susquehanna after a few years working at PPL. Neal lived a few doors down from my parents after his playing days.
Trey BauerI'll start. Bill Belton. I used to think he was just decent but he averaged 5.1 yards a carry in 2013. Wow.
My favorite PSU player grew up watching those 3yds and a cloud of dust. They had a nice, autographed pic of him in team store, no clue if its still there or not.Matt suhey. Grew up in our neighborhood on Windsor court behind westerly parkway junior high. State high phenom. Don’t hear his name too often anymore.
