I know this isn’t the official playoff ranking, but I think SEC gets five teams, Big 4, ND gets in , 1 big 12 and 1 ACC

Pretty sure he meant 1 G5 gets a spot.
Yea you are right....so Boise State. Seems crazy if they don’t allow Tennessee or Ole Miss in at 10-2. SEC would be getting screwed a bit if they only allow four in IMO.

I realize OM has a very soft schedule, but they blew out UGA. I'm assuming UGA's wins over TX and TN override that loss?

Assuming everyone wins out, I think the following 4 should be ranked in this relative order:
1. UGA (beat UTa on the road & UTk @ home, road losses to Bama & OM-best wins & losses)
2. Bama (beat UGA @ home, road losses to Vandy & UTk)
3. UTk (beat Bama @ home, road losses to UPig & UGA)
4. OM (beat UGA @ home, home loss to UK & road loss to LSU-worst losses)

ETA: Bama & UTk could be swapped.

If Florida beats Ole Miss, which they have a good chance of doing with LAgway in the swamp, that eliminates them. Ags beating Texas also throws it in disarray, I’d imagine Ags get a spot and Tenn/Ole Miss get left out. UT, Bama, Georgia seem locks.

True, is guess coming out with these rankings is a balancing act.

Their game with Florida just got interesting. I still think OM wins, but FL may have a puncher's chance.
I think what will hurt Ole Miss the most if any will not be the two loses but the weak schedule. I am assuming LSU drops out of rankings and if so that means SC and GA are the only two currently ranked teams Ole Miss has faced.

Maybe I’m missing something in the acronyms you’re using, but are you saying TX gets left out?

No, this is just how I would rank those particular 4 teams that are currently 7-10 in the AP ranking and will be 6-2 in the conference if they win out.

The real question is how are they gonna manipulate it so the Championship game isn't SEC vs SEC ?? Oregon and OSU are not dominant teams and sos is not comparable to most SEC teams.

If ND loses one game going forwards the Big 10 will get that spot.
Big 10 is getting 4 regardless. Top 4 are locks & no one else is even close to consideration. If Notre Dame loses its bid, it will go to SEC or possibly a 6th conference champion.

Did UGA lose at home to an unranked team? And another loss to another unranked team? 1 big home win doesn't negate those two black eyes for top playoff teams
