I really don’t think those were bad calls. Unfortunate timing and then lack of discipline IMO.

Unless the OSU DB’s are holding our receivers on every play and not being called. It’s not always as simple as just overcoming the calls.
Everyone knows that there COULD be a flag along the OL or in the defensive backfield on almost every single play.

It's the ref's job to control the game. It's the players and coaches' jobs to control the emotions.
I hate the fact that Penn State’s OC has no concept of play calling. He calls offense like an ADHD addled 14 year old playing Madden on Rookie.
you want to quibble on that? He threw him down, or pushed him down. That's football 101 -- when the play is whistled dead, you don't do that or you get flagged every time.
