It was not my intention to devolve this into a democrat or republican post. I was pointing out how much money goes into elections which is absolutely 17ing ridiculous! How about just sharing some of that money with the rest of us non-politicians and let them pass, letting us make up our own damn mind. It's supposed to be a 50-50 split on the advertising according to the law, but it doesn't work out that way does it??

I think you are very confused. There is no 50-50 split on advertising according to the law. If there were, then if one candidate never advertised, their opponent also couldnt advertise.
There is an equal time rule for radio and television stations. If they broadcast a message from one candidate in prime time, then they have to give the same amount of time to the opponent.

Related note to this recent election, equal time forced tv stations in PA which ran that bag Dr Oz's show to drop it once he declared.

She is the daughter of an MIT professor(I think two of them?) and went to Stanford to study math.
I have no idea if she is nice or mean, honest or corrupt, sane or crazy, etc etc. But from what little I have read, the last thing I would say is she cant rub two braincells together.

Thanks. That was what I was talking about.

Glad I'm not in PA because they were idiots on both sides.

Use to be in the primary the candidates used private money they raised then in the general election the candidate got equal amount of public money. They could not use money they raised for the general election. You either took public funds or private. Not both. Obama in his first election opted out of public funds because he was able to raise so much more. If I am not mistaken McCain did take public money and was out spent. I do believe that the Republicans had the advantage of PAC money. That kept him in the game. In the 2012 Both candidates opted out of public money. No candidate since has accepted public money. I only say this because he was not too far off.

I probably did not do a good job explaining but here.

If anyone is still interested in investing in crypto or tokens with an exchange that is approved by the SEC and has the backing of the owners of the NYSE, look into tZERO. Marc Cohodes is a big proponent of them and he knows how to sniff out the BS of companies.
