Sounds like Texas board turned down his potential contract, then Stoops to save face, turned them down.
Holgorsen fired, would be a great OC at PSU if he has no other offers, dude is a great offensive mind, not so much a head coach.
I’ll wait for confirmation but it does make sense to me. Who turns down TA&M to stay at Kentucky?

Lets see, earlier this year AD Smith made reference about Day loosing the rivalry game in consecutive seasons suggesting some changes may be needed. Now, the fan base is pissing over Day, and this a$$ wants Day fired.
