100% of all BIG and NCAA officials and investigators wish this would just go away without any action on their behalf.
So, as part of this Michigan cheating scandal, I hope the Penn State folks are checking their tapes of people on the Central Michigan sideline/stands from our 2022 game.
That was only a few weeks before we played Michigan, of course. Jim McElwain --- a former Harbaugh assistant --- seems like he is a bit in on this scam too.

If that picture really was this guy on the Western Michigan sidelines in Western Michigan gear in the Western Michigan coaches are ma of the sidelines, it would be hard to believe he isn’t in on it, regardless of the reason why.
I believe the angle is that McElwain was in Harbaugh’s staff at one point, right?

I thought the beginning of this Ohio State podcast was interesting. There is a Michigan blog, where they do a review of the game, and one of the analytics they have is a section called rock paper scissors, and it basically analyses when one team or another has such a perfect play call, that the other really stood no chance. The OSU take on this, is that at a high level, these numbers should be about even.
Last year, Michigan was +18 against Penn State and +14 against OSU, meaning, there were that many plays where there was essentially no way the other teams call would be successful.

We do know officials who were doing the PSU-UM game met with a Michigan booster the week of the game.
